Mr. Ogren provides expert witness reports and testimony for FELA cases nationwide. He has testified in state and federal court as an expert witness in matters involving FELA.

Mr. Ogren has provided expert witness reports and testimony for personal injury matters nationwide. He is available for plaintiff or defense evaluations and provides opinions based on a detailed review of past work, transferable skills, and potential employment.

Mr. Ogren is available for vocational evaluations to determine employability in a divorce proceeding. He has been retained to evaluate either side in a divorce case and provides a realistic opinion based on labor market availability.

Mr. Ogren is a vocational expert for workers' compensation cases in Wisconsin and Minnesota. He has performed evaluations and submitted expert opinions in these matters.

Mr. Ogren has been retained to evaluate individuals involved in medical malpractice lawsuits.

Mr. Ogren has been retained to review disability decisions and provide opinions regarding the methods and findings of those reports.

• Long Term Disability — Retained to review LTD decisions and provide opinions regarding the methods and findings of those reports.
• VA Total Disability (TDIU) — Retained to evaluate veterans pursuing TDIU claims through the VA. Experienced with the VA and navigating medical records from VA hospital providers. His reports have helped those veterans obtain TDIU.
• Social Security Disability — Mr. Ogren is a vocational expert for the Social Security Administration and has provided opinions as a contractor for the federal government since 2009.
